Check or Cash Orders

If you need to Order by Check or Cash

I understand that online ordering isn’t for everyone!  No worries!  If you want to order by check or cash, please do the following:

1. Print my online order form below
2. Complete the order form and stick it in a regular envelope with payment.  Checks should be made to Dirt Road Wife Photography.
3. Write your player’s name and team on the front of the sealed envelope.
4. Bring that envelope with you the day of your player’s pictures, like normal.  I’ll choose the best photo and build your package, for delivery with the rest of the league on May 14, 2022.

All check or cash orders must be received the night your player takes pictures!
